15 year old Achini Udeshika Ranasinghe of Ellawala, Kanu-Galla Road in Eheliyagoda has gone missing on the first of April. She is a grade 11 student of Eheliyagoda Dharmapala Vidyalaya. As usual she has left for home after school. It has been two months and six days since then. However Udeshika has not returned home yet.

Her parents said that although they complained to the Eheliyagoda Police it has been of no use. Eheliyagoda Police said that they reported about the missing girl to the Courts. They said investigations are continuing into the incident. We hope that the authorities would take speedy action to resolve the issue.
