A one-day workshop on 'Winning Ways to Serve Clients' will be held on Thursday (28) from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m at the National Chamber of Commerce (NCC) auditorium, D. R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The target audience is front-line staff who come into contact with customers, sales support staff, trainees and receptionists. Presenting a professional image is of utmost importance for front-line staff whatever capacity they are as they are the first contact with the public and clients.
