On the apparent northward relative motion of the sun, it is going to be directly over the latitudes of Sri Lanka during 05thand 15th of April in this year, the Met Dept. announced yesterday.

Today (07) the nearest towns of Sri Lanka over which the sun will be overhead are Panadura, Denagama, Dombagahawela and Maligawila, around 12:12 noon.
