A seminar on the implementation of the National Medicinal Drugs and Cosmetic Devices Regulatory Act for journalists organised by the Government Information Department will be held today at the Information Department auditorium commencing 9.00 a.m.

Health and Indigenous Medicine Minister Dr. Rajitha Senaratne and Media Minister Gayantha Karunathilaka will grace the occasion. Secretary to the Information Ministry Karunaratne Paranavithana will be the moderator.

Eminent Professors such as Prof. Colvin Gunaratne, Prof. Palitha Abyekoon, Prof. Priyadhshani Galappthi, Prof. Lal Jayakody, Director General Health Services Dr. Palitha Maheepala, Health Secretary Dr. D. M. R. B. Dissanayaka, Dr. Mrs. Krishanti Weerasooriya and Director General National Medicinal Drugs and Cosmetic Devices Regulatory Act W. Ramanayaka are also scheduled to make presentations.
