The Military, Air and Naval Attaché of the Embassy of Russia, Colonel Dmitry A Mikhaylovskiy made a call on to the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. BMUD Basnayake Friday morning (20).
A cordial discussion was held during the meeting on matters of bilateral importance and mutual interests. The Russian official presented a memento to the Secretary to mark the occasion.
