Livelihood and rural economic development projects will receive pride of place when funds are allocated for these development activities and the funds can also be used for the provision of infrastructure facilities such as pipe borne water facilities, rural road development and the construction of weekly fairs and community centres.

A separate program is being implemented in these districts by The Ministry of Economic Development to provide permanent shelter to those who do not have such facilities and the Ministry program is also in progress to provide proper sanitary facilities to the families who do not have such facilities in these districts.
