    Lalith Dissanayake take up duties as Actg.Health Minister

    Deputy Minister of Health Lalith Dissanayake assumed duties as Acting Health Minister at the ministry office on Monday (24).

    Lalith Dissanayake who has been serving as the Deputy Health Minister since 2010 is also the Chairman of the Public Petitions Committee in Parliament.

     Ministry Secretary Sudharma Karunaratne, additional Secretary (Administration) Somaratne Vidanapathirana, Additional Secretary (Medical Services) Amal Harsha de Silva, Additional Secretary Development K. A. S. Keeragala, Health Services Dirctor General Dr. Palitha Mahipala and other officials were also present.(KH)
