    Mahinda Chinthana Regeneration Program aims to develop competent citizens keeping with global trends

    The Island wide Projects of redesigning of 1000 of Secondary Schools and developing 6500 Primary Schools are being implemented very successfully under the Mahinda Chinthana Forward Vision Regeneration Programme, the Ministry of Education revealed.

    According to the ministry, the aim of these projects is to develop competent citizens keeping with the global trends through innovative and modern approaches to education leading to efficiency, equity and high quality performance ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and to reach excellence in global society through competent citizens who share the Sri Lankan identity.
