In a concerted attempt to support and strengthen the beauty industry and its aspiring beauticians, Nature's Secrets has been in an active partnership with Sri Lanka's Vocational Training Authority (VTA) for almost a decade. The VTA organizes beauty culture training programmes countrywide and takes steps to effectively improve the skills of new beauty "aspirants. Nature's Secrets has been at the forefront in initiating, training and sponsoring these programmes, including providing beauty products free of charge for their beauty lessons.
