The Jaffna District Secretary has allocated a block of land to construct an Olympic standard Aquatic Sports Complex following a request of a donor from abroad. The Sellamuththu playground has been selected after negotiations with the Manipay Pradeshiya Sabah, A delegation of 33 members including the Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman will visit the Seenigama Aquatic Complex on March 16 to study the concept.
