The programme launched by the Education Ministry to build 41 Mahindodaya Technical Laboratories in the Moneragala District has been successfully completed. The expenditure incurred was 600 million rupees.
Accordingly construction of 11 Mahindodaya Technical Laboratories each was undertaken in the Moneragala and Medagama Educational Zones, while 19 were built in the Wellawaya Educational Zone.
A large number of students will benefit from these laboratories. (ST/KH)
