The power of appointing minister is remain with the leader of state-the President ,while attending a Media briefing at the prime minister’s office they added.

Referring to the stay order issued by the Supreme Court these ministers further said that  it is merely suspension for three weeks  and not a prohibition. Hence Final judgment will be delivered after arguments on December 4, 5 and 6.
