Showery and cloudy conditions over the island and surrounding sea areas will continue further, due to the low level atmospheric disturbance in the vicinity of Sri Lanka, Met. Department said.
Showers or thundershowers will occur in the most provinces of the island today (27th Nov.), it said.
Fairly heavy falls (about 75mm) can be expected at some places particularly in the Western, Southern and Sabaragamuwa provinces.
Fairly strong gusty winds (about 50 kmph) can be expected in the Northern, North-central and Eastern provinces.
Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.
