The showery condition over the island is expected to enhance during next few days and cloudy skies are also likely over most parts of the island, said the Met Department today (10th Oct.).
Showers or thundershowers will occur over most parts of the island (Particularly after 2.00 p.m.).
Fairly heavy falls (about 75-100mm) can be expected at some places, particularly in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Eastern and Uva provinces and in Galle, Matara, Vauniya and Mullaitivu districts.
