The foundation stone was laid by Lands and Parliamentary Reforms Minister Gayantha Karunathilaka and Skills Development and Vocational Training Minister Chandima Weerakkody.
The building will be built at a cost of Rs. 15 million.

The foundation stone was laid recently to construct a three-storeyed building for the Regional Training Center of National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) in Elpitiya.
