According to Army media, the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) in coordination with Rotary Club of Negombo made the donation of 80 bicycles among the children during a ceremony held at the 'Nelumpiyasa' Auditorium in Kilinochchi on 5th September.

The bicycles were distributed among 65 students from low-income families living in Mallavi, Vishvamadu and Pooneryn areas and 15 students of the Don Bosco College. The donation was initiated by the members of the Negombo Rotary Club at the invitation of the Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi (SF-KLN), Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana.
