Inter-monsoon conditions are establishing over the island.
Showers or thundershowers will develop in several places over most provinces after 2.00 p.m.
A few showers also likely along the Southern coastal areas during the morning too.
Temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers are expected and the public is requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning.
