Ministry of Education will issue a circular enabling the parents of the students to enter the school premises with any proper disciplined dress.
Earlier, the parents who accompanied their children to the schools have been informed to come in saree for parents’ meeting.
According to the Minister of Education Akila Wiraj Kariyawasam, this decision has been taken by him as the minister of Education considering the number of complaints received by the ministry regarding the difficulties faced by the parents.
