Minister of Parliamentary Reforms and Mass Media Gayantha Karunathilake, Deputy Minister Karunarathne Paranwithane, and Secretary to the Ministry Nimal Bopage will participate.

Deputy Ministry Paranawithana will deliver a special lecture on 'RTI concept and its evolution'. Dr. Jayampathi Wickremerathne, MP, will apprise the participants regarding the basic features of the RTI Act.

A five-member intellectual committee led by the Deputy Minister will discuss the actions to be taken next to implement the Act.
