Minister of Education Akila Kariyawasam has instructed the Commissioner of Examinations to make arrangements to honour the applicants as an additional service apart from the one-day service, which is already on.

The persons who have not enough details (index number, NIC, birth certificate, result sheets) to prove their identity will be able to get the certificates by filling a special form issued by the Department of Examinations.

The Ministry further said that a department officer will be kept in each area to coordinate the programs.
