He made this observation when he ​calledl on Sri Lankan Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine Dr. Rajitha Senarathna at the Ministry premises on Monday (11).

Minister Senarathne said that since independence all governments that came into power implemented the free health service in Sri Lanka and as a result Sri Lanka moved ahead among countries in the South East Asian Region in global health indices.
