The Business Information Division of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce has launched the 29th Edition of its Booklet 'Sri Lanka in Brief 2015' a handy reference guide on Sri Lanka, which can be used by interested parties, such as foreign investors.
The booklet provides information on areas such as geography and weather, economy and trade, social Indicators, infrastructure, airport, airlines, and registration of motor vehicles, education and free trade agreements. The booklet also contains information on how to register a business in Sri Lanka and also information on diplomatic missions based in Sri Lanka.
The Government official news portal is maintains by the New Media Unit of the Department of Government Information and it was titled "news.lk" and commenced in mid1996 and release to Internet from March 01st, 1997.
News.lk publishes in three languages – Sinhala, Tamil and English.
