Possibility for showers over the island is getting low, the Met. Dept. says.
Several spells of showers will occur in the Eastern and Uva provinces.
Thunder showers will develop at several places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa and Western provinces after 4.00p.m.
There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
