Sri Lanka's second electric vehicle fast charging unit in Galle will be opened on Saturday with the participation of Minister of Home Affairs, Vajira Abeywardana as the Chief Guest.
The opening of this charging unit is a highlight in the development of alternate energy usage for transportation in Sri Lanka and will be a significant event for all electric vehicle users as the first fast charging unit in operation out of Colombo.
Many more such units will be installed by Electro Automotives, all across the island.
The Government official news portal is maintains by the New Media Unit of the Department of Government Information and it was titled "news.lk" and commenced in mid1996 and release to Internet from March 01st, 1997.
