He encouraged Sri Lankan confectioners to expand their horizons and tap into international markets.

January 24, 2024Minister of State for Fisheries Piyal Nishantha de Silva announced the introduction of a new initiative called ‘Dheevara Suva Saviya’ aimed at enhancing the well-being of fishermen in the country. He highlighted that the program’s first phase is set to commence from the Wellamankaraya Fishery Port in Vennappuwa on January 26.
