The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Milan organized a country promotional event at the renowned Tritone Luxury Hotel Thermae and Spa in Padua, Italy recently. It was organized as part of a 9-day long series of events themed 'TritoneZen: Journey to the East' hosted by Tritone Luxury Hotel Thermae and Spa, nestled in the serene heart of Abano Terme (in Padua), Italy’s renowned wellness destination.

Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, O. L. Ameer Ajwad felicitated the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Sri Lanka’s longstanding development partner on its 50^th anniversary celebrations, at a meeting with SFD’s CEO Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad. The anniversary was celebrated under the theme “Celebrating 50 Years of Global Impact”. Deputy CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development Eng. Faizal M. Al-Kahtani and Minister / Head of Chancery of the Embassy Mohamed Anas also attended the meeting.
