Sri Lanka’s Honorary Consul in Istanbul receives Commission of Appointment
September 21, 2024The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Türkiye Hasanthi Urugodwatte Dissanayake presented the Letter of Commission to Aydın Özü the Senior Executive of Penthol Group of Companies, and an international expert in oil and gas, appointing him as the Honorary Consul for the region covering Istanbul, Kırklareli, Sakarya, and Yalova. The presentation ceremony was held recently at the Yacht Club in Kadiköy, Istanbul.

The credential ceremony took place at the historic Cotroceni Palace in Bucharest recently.
