President Director General (Community Affairs), Rajith Keerthi Thennakoon, announced the initiation of an “Odapana” loan scheme during a meeting held at the President’s Office yesterday (14).
In a press briefing held at the Presidential Media Center yesterday (14) under the theme of “Collective Path to a Stable Country”, State Minister of Higher Education Dr. Suren Raghavan announced the plans to enhance the educational landscape in Sri Lanka. Drawing from insights of international education experts, the focus is now on offering multiple degrees through state universities.
The inauguration of the newly launched website for the President’s Fund (https://www.presidentsfund.gov.lk) took place yesterday (13) at the Presidential Secretariat, officiated by Mr. Saman Ekanayake, the President’s Secretary.
