The President lunched the rural development work in Mirishena village. He offered assistance for housing and granted financial assistance for fisheries industry.
He also distributed fishing equipments.

The 50th program of the ‘Vevak Samaga Gamak’, implemented by the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, was held on 10th September in Mirishena Kavudulla, Polonnaruwa under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena.
