Accordingly, the agreement to grant Rs 199 million for TVTC Institute which is under the ministry was signed at the Indian High Commission recently.

The agreement was signed by Ministry Secretary Ranjani Nadarajapillai and High Commissioner Taranjit Singh Sandhu.
