Navy seizes smuggled stock of Kendu Leaves in Kalpitiya
July 03, 2022Sri Lanka Navy seized about 1680kg of Kendu Leaves, suspected to be attempting to smuggle by sea routes, during a special operation mounted in the beach area of Keerimundalama in Kalpitiya on the night of 01st July 2022.
Minister of Tourism Harin Fernando who was in London recently met the UK travel industry on 16 June 2022 at the High Commission of Sri Lanka.
