Mr. Saman Rubasinghe, the Director of Registration Accreditation and Quality Management at the Tertiary Education and Vocational Education Commission, emphasized a unique opportunity has been instituted to facilitate professional education tailored to the demands of the job market for both individuals who have successfully passed the G.C.E Ordinary Level Examinations and those who have not.
