Foreign Ministers of Sri Lanka and the Philippines agree to enhance diplomatic relations
January 24, 2021The Foreign Ministers of the two countries agreed January (22) to focus on new strategies to further strengthen the existing economic, political, social and international relations between Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has appointed a 3-member Commission of Inquiry (CoI) to investigate, inquire into and report or take necessary actions on findings of preceding Commissions or Committees appointed to investigate into human rights violations, serious violations of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and other such offences.
