The first batch of those who returned to the country from overseas and underwent the quarantine procedure under the supervision of the security forces and health authorities had left the quarantine centre and headed home today (24).

The Presidential Secretariat issues a circular starting that a special task force has been established headed by Basil Rajapaksa to efficiently conduct the mechanism of distributing essential commodities to the homes of consumers.
