The Digital Economy Transformation Acceleration Program set to commence on October 11
October 07, 2023The Ministry of Technology has scheduled the implementation of a program aimed at accelerating the digital economic transformation, following the vision of President Ranil Wickremesinghe, starting from October 11th. This marks the first collaborative effort between the government and the private sector to execute a digital economy plan in Sri Lanka.
President Ranil Wickremesinghe addressed the 5th Forum of Ministers & Environment Authorities of the Asia Pacific at the Shangri La Hotel in Colombo yesterday (05), delivering a passionate speech that emphasized three crucial points: the urgency of the climate crisis, Sri Lanka’s ambitious climate plans and the dire state of global biodiversity.
